About House Brand Farm
Kristy & Paul spent 2022 building the farm into a premier equestrian training facility. Originally designed for breeding, we have upgraded stalls, added a covered riding arena, EuroXciser and a myriad of paddocks, jumps & equipment.

Origin of the name? The farm is named after a cattle ranch in Utah called 'Housebrand Ranch'; owned by Kristy's Dad. The cattle brand was the outline of a house and you see that reflected in our logo as a nod to Steve.

Covered Indoor
220' x 120'
The new covered indoor arena features Premier Equestrian ProTex footing, as used in competition jumping arenas around the world. A dedicated roof mounted watering system and Premier Equestrian drag keeps the footing in top condition. As Paul puts it "I can't fall off onto nicer footing".

LED Lighting provides near daylight quality illumination for those early mornings or winter evenings.

Two Barns
Ten Stalls
Our two block built barns feature ten stalls in total, each matted and banked with shavings, four stalls also feature outdoor runs and an outside gazebo...
(Paul rolls eyes).

EuroXciser
The real deal
Our brand new four horse EuroXciser can help keep your horse in competition condition even when you can't ride.
Private Turnout
Sometimes it matters
Our three board fenced paddocks are sized to suit double or single horse turnout if desired/necessary; all within sight of the other horses. Sometimes you just don't want your prized competition horse reaching warp-speed in the turnout.

Space
The final frontier
25 acres of front paddocks include plenty of space to roam, including our front jump field and a pond. A further 29 acres of mature private forest directly behind us gives you trails to explore and cooling shade in the summer.
